First of All after i installed the 1.3 patch my game just got crazy.I got an strabge issue with weapons link: http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1193559-weapons-bugglitch/ and now crashes on launches.But more strange than that.When i launches the game with FOMM works perfectly.(except with the weapon broking issue).It's any mod casing this?But i dind't dowload any new mods and just 20 minutes after i unistalled Readius were working perfectly.I think my best options would wait a new patch or Reinstall the game.Any help would be apreaciated.I just lost my better characters. :cryvaultboy:

It could very well be mod related. Have you tried a new game? Try starting a new character.
Disable all your mods in FOMM as well as archive invalidated.

FOr good measure, try verifying the game integrity. Steam libaray-> falloutnv -> right click it -> properties -> local tab.

@Edit When tryng play with FOMM the game still freezes on Loading screen.
