A WTF moment.... How?

Post » Wed Jun 06, 2012 3:40 am

How can this be? I completed the civil war as a stormcloak and I just discovered that theirs STILL Thalmor
activities going on in markarth.http://i1096.photobucket.com/albums/g322/Raidensama/Skyrim/TESV2012-03-3023-26-10-79.jpg is this a glitch or something because how can this make any sense when the stormcloaks are totally against the thalmor?

Yeah... It's been discussed before. We don't know. Apparently Beth missed it.

I decided to have fun with this potential glitch

I admit that I felt bad for leaving one of my officers alone with 2 Thalmor soldiers. I'm actually thinking of killing them.

This is where frenzy + dmg health potions and the "Poisoner" pickpocket perk come in handy. There are no Thalmor in my Markarth, no sir.

I had planned on slipping one of them a powerful home-brew frenzy potion, but actually they got themselves neatly killed for me.

I was on a radiant quest for the Companions to take out an escaped criminal in Markarth. When I arrived, I saw the tell-tale pointer was down near the smelter. There he was, walking up the slope towards the inn. I spoke to him but didn't use the dialog option to challenge him. Instead, he turned and attacked one of the smelter workers. This triggered all the guards to attack, including, to my surprise, the two Thalmor soldiers. Normally they are pretty tough, but I suspect that the spawned villain was level 50ish. Two or three hits and they were dead. I just stood there and watched the mayhem. :whistling:

In the end the villain was dead, along with the smelter workers, the two Thalmor, and maybe half a dozen guards. If it were possible, my character would have brushed imaginary dust from his hands while saying to nobody in particular, "Well, my work here is done!"

Keys are shiny. Full of protein, too! Quite delicious.
