Hi everyone.. i am really frustraded right now... sooo

i love the game... but

the first days i only played the story mode... but now i tried the other modes...

i always play with my Security Character.. but in the other modes like Parcour, Free play... they give me a random Resistance Character.. WTF?. why??.. i wanna play with MY Security Character...--- am i doing something wrong=??= please help...

The Random resistance character is in fact your alternate resitance character, on XBOX in the character customisation sctreen you press Y and it changes your character to the resistance if you did that and customised him it wouldnt be random,.

On the challenge modes it is random dude.

OK... but why do i have to play with my Resistance character? ... also...


ehmm also i dont get why... in the Story mode of the Security.. there are under the Security missions again the Resistance missions.. but they display again an random Resistance guy XD

Thanks for that! I was just wondering about this yesterday, but hadn't yet got around to figuring it out. I've spent too much time playing, not enough customizing.

You don't always get to play Security in multiplayer, just like you don't always play as the COG in Gears for example, you sometimes play as the Locust. In Brink you play as both Security and Resistance so you have a character for both sides that you customise, if you want to of course.

There are two sides to the campaign so you have the option of playing out both, the Security missions are at the top because you chose to save the Ark, had you chosen to escape then the Resistance would be at the top, it doesn't matter what order you play them in or whether you play the Resistance side at all, that's your choice.

You create one character to use in the game. He is customized to be either S or R to complete both sides of campaign.
