from glitches and lag to you should have this and that, there's
one i've found to be lacking an outcry. At least from what I've seen.
To be honest, this is something I've been annoyed about since my first 12 hours
of playing. I, like many of you probably did, went to my local Gamestop
for the midnight release of Skyrim. There's was nothing fancy about the occasion,
the people out there with me were just there to get the game a few hours
earlier than other people. For me though, it was also something I've always
wanted to do, Skyrim just seemed like the best one to do it for.
Anyway, when I got home I started my procedings by popping the game
in my PS3, turning on my tv (two weeks old, first hdtv just in time for Skyrim),
grabbed my big bag of Halloween candy (probably my last one ever, seeing as
i've turned 21 since and drinking at parties is much more appealing than candy),
and jumped right into my Nord, after an hour of loading of course.
Besides the shouting and the dragons, there was one thing I was looking forward
to the most way back when i first read about Skyrims details in Game Informer.
That's right, I wanted to COOK! Not only that, I wanted to cook everything. Starting
with one important food dish for any Maryland resident. So I found my first Mudcrab
outside Whiterun and bashed it to death. Only to be heartbroken.
WTH Bethesda? Why no Crab Cakes? There's no excuse not to have Crab cakes in this game.
Even Fallout 3 had crab cakes, and they didn't have crabs! Well, non-mutant crabs anyway.
You're a Maryland game company, how could you let this detail slip?
Forget the lag fixes, bugged quests, and unfair bribed exclusives, just give me a gorram Crab Cake!
From one MD citizen to another, Please!
