i was in the vault with all the ghouls and randomly my screen turned night vision for no reason i have no perks that do this and i didnt use anything that does that and my companions didnt have any how can i stop this i hate my screeen being blue

Glitch? Like the time I was coming down out of the Lucky 38 and the casino turned blue, then the street looked normal?

I went to that place down south-east. Erm... That ex-NCR place with ghouls and radiation.
Anyway, my screen turned green, probably because of the radiation, but when I went back to Novac the screen was still green.
Did you try to restart your game?
That fixed it for me. (With the green tint)

I guess you could clear out the... What's it called... Cache thingy...
Otherwise if it keeps returning then all there is to do is wait for a patch.
Or... Have you tried using another Cateye when you randomly get the effect?
Might nullify/reset/deadstop it.

Same thing happened in my game and while it may not be connected a short while later I contracted

It could be addiction but if I am correct it doesnt turn your screen to night vision otherwise everyone would be purposely getting addicted. Probably another minor bug it shouldnt last that long.
