Xbox 360: Crashes, Freezes, Bugs and failure.

After playing Fallout: New Vegas for about 20 hours, I've suddenly been barraged with endless crashes, bugs, and glitches that I wasn't expecting.
The most serious problem is how I can't get through any doors, enter V.A.T.S with any enemy, or complete any quests without the entire game freezing up which forces me to hard reset the Xbox 360. I've already tried contacting Xbox customer support and they themselves are just as ticked of with the amount of complaints and problems that Fallout is generating them. I was on the phone to Xbox customer support and I went through: one support representative, one Xbox technician, and then one assistant manager which got me no where after trying about 10 different fix possibilities. They told me to contact Obsidian or Bethesda Soft works but for whatever the reason, they can't be contacted by phone, only via email.

I've already tried to clear the cache on Fallout alone, then the entire cache on the hard drive, then I tried to install Fallout on the Xbox in case it was having reading issues with the disk. I tried leaving a air conditioning unit blowing air next to the Xbox in case the Xbox was over heating and as always, nothing worked. I asked around multiple communities, various Websites and I even asked around Xbox live and nobody had any other suggestions. I was also told that purchasing the DLC's for Fallout: New Vegas would fix the problems so I bought them and no, that didn't work. I've also started several new characters after wiping my save progress several times, I've also stopped using the auto save option as I've heard it also causes save corruption. 230-250 hours later, several characters later and quite a lot of head ache absolutely nothing has helped. I will not give up on Fallout or it's developers as I have been a passionate Waste lander since Fallout 1 but I am deeply saddened by the lack of respect and compassion Fallout: New Vegas's developers are showing us. Please would a actual representative of Bethesda or Obsidian reply and let us know when we can play properly.

I've always been and always will play Fallout, I've always gone that little extra and bought the collectors/limited edition versions, guide books and add-ons just to get as much Fallout as I possibly can... I don't want compensation, I don't want to download a free gun, I just want a straight forward answer so I can finally play the game from start to finish without crashing/freezing, with a character I can auto save without worrying about loosing him and be happy, when will it happen?
