I recently got my Xbox live account hacked on my Xbox 360.
I don't care about asking you all for advice, I'm here to ask:
Will I be able to get 1.4 when it comes out without xbox live? because if I can't, that would svck serious Sh**.

Just make a new silver account. You don't need gold to get patches.

Yeah this happened to me recently and I lost like 3000 GS points in the process. But yes you will get the updates like normal. All I had to do is remake a new password and recover account to get my stuff back.

Of course, recently, I cancelled my Gold Membership, and yes, you will be able to receive ALL updates/patches for Skyrim, whether you have Xbox LIVE or not.
