Well when I was doing the main missions where you had to collect the horn for the grey beard guys and then the Inn it said talk to the Inn owner, I tried but it did not work. So I walked away back to the Grey beards and it says you need to learn the final word. Now this grey beard will not talk, just Bow at me.

Its really annoying, how do I stop this?

There you go. I think you have to do the inn stuff to progress before Greybeards talk to you.
