I'll cut right to the chase, I bought the game a few days ago and I was getting this http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1161312-falloutnv-has-stopped-working/page__p__17045492__fromsearch__1#entry17045492, I recently upgraded to Windows 7 from Windows Vista and now I get this

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Edit: I have tried reinstalling it like it suggests, of course Three times in fact

I don't have FO:NV on PC, though I do have Fallout 3, and that runs okay under Windows 7 64-bit.
XINPUT1_3.dll appears in my c:\windows\system32 directory.
