With Kinect, we no longer have to listen to Lydia saying 'I am sworn to carry your burdens' everytime we open her inventory!! Yay!!

question, while using the voice commands are you still able to have a chat with friends in a party? I ask cause this time round I'm the bigger nerd, where as my friends where bigger nerds playing Oblivion so what usually ends up happening is that I help them with their problems/stuck situations, I will even do quests with them while in a party, kinda like multiplayer

I find it not helpful for me, just because of the way my Kinect is set up. While sitting, I'm too far away from it for it to hear my commands properly. But it is a cool idea, and I'm definitely not knocking the system because I haven't really been able to try it, so how can I speak bad of it? :P

I haven't figured out yet how to trade with companions yet. Then again, I started a new game and have't gotten a companion yet. It is great to save new games, or quick saves without going into the menus. Same for going to map. A bit frustrating since I can't equipe potions very well, it's a hit and miss and still having problems with assianing magic, but love equipping my bows, daggers and ax.

One thing I find funny is when NPCs are talking, I get a "new saved" game and I didn't issue the command. So it seems NPCs can issue a command. I will die laughing if an NPC issues a Fus Do Ra LOL.

it is sooooo easy to voice the commands to trade with a companion, you litteraly just say "ally items" or "ally trade" when they are close to you....easy. but i think the kinect thing is freak'n cool, it makes equipping items and going through the menus so much easier

My only problem has been with the Thu'um, not having it pick up what I say.
Otherwise it's awesome, so much easier to keep track of your inventory and hot keying stuff is excellent

I love not having to activate shouts to use them. Same with spells. It has made playing my mage so much more fluid. I almost never go out of the game now except to look at the map or the inventory screen. All of my fighting is real time with no pauses to change things around. That is by far my favorite aspect of using the Kinect. Saving games is also very smooth now and doesn't waste so much time.

Interesting question. I've never tried it but I imagine that you could... but, if you coincidentally say any of the commands it will fire them off.

I know! This makes me so happy. I loved my mage before, but now... it's just unbelievable. Bartering and Follower commands are so freakin' efficient too. I haven't even tapped into the inventory commands yet.
