I have chosen to upload "yes man" at lucky 38 and now NCR are gonna attack me in 3 days, How do i prevent this?

When the NCR doesn't like you, you can encounter a bunch of ranger assassins that say that. it has nothing to do with Yes Man. I have a char that went the Yes Man route and is still idolized with NCR.
