well I was taking the powersupply out of my computer after I had unplugged everything and had taken 3/5 screws holding it in my machine out I noticed the switch and just out of curiosity flipped it to "I" plugged everything back in and had power

so i'm not sure which order I did this in but this pretty much what happend after

I must of accidently flipped the I/O switch to O

Well, just be happy that it wasn't anything more serious

When troubleshooting, you should always start with checking that all wires are plugged and power switches on, then move on to the more serious possibilities.
