Yet another for the republic bug! : Fallout: New Vegas

Can anyone assist me here. I didn't consult Liza O'malley and the NCR at the strip before completing How little we know and now I cannot progress in the quest... There is no marker on my map. I've tried turning the quest into Colonel Moore but she won't even speak to me. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry bro, but as far as i can say,
during How Little We Know, there is a bug where, after completing it,
the game will not allow you to talk to Colonel Moore anymore...
You need to roll back to an earlier save.

YES,
roll back to an save game where this Quest is untouched, then talk to Col. Moore.Then talk to
Liza O′Malley to start the Quest.
Sounds stupid but what else can i say.

This game reminds me of that crazy person at work where you have to say and do the right things other wise they go mental. Seems a lot of work for a game, lol.

Damnit! I don't have any earlier saves that go back to before the quest... Are there any more patches planned and more importantly do they involve quest bugs?
