Do you follow your own stats? (Btw, what are the rules of &#

When you play Skyrim, do you keep track of stats and if you do, any specific?

By the way, do any of you know what the rules of Assault is?
Can you get an "Assault 1" by attacking somebody in a dungeon, like a thug before they see you?
Because outside their cave, I've attacked someone before they saw me, and I received a "Assault 1" ... More specificly, it's the first dungeon you go pass when you play ..

Oh yeah, if I fire a "Rage\fear" spell on Wolves that is far away and don't see me, I get an "Assault 1"

So I am confused, when you get and when you get not - rules - in the wild! As they are hostile, I do not get why I get an "Assault 1"

Only to see if yet again I have a bounty for the perfectly reasonable service to society that is the utter destruction and humiliation of Thalmor patrols.

Oh, yeah, and to check that the 'bunnies killed' count is still at 0. Accidently killed a fox once, I was gutted.

I have $20,000 bounty.

No idea why.
Apparently killing bandits and Thalmor assassins is a crime...

Am i the only one who thinks you should be able to kill Thalmor without a crime in Stormcloak holds? I come across Thalmor all the time in Eastmarch. I kill them, and then head to Windhelm only to be stopped by the guards for taking out their enemies. What gives?
