Okay, so I play it on the PC and I just finished wild card site bets. Yes-man tells me about President Kimball about to be assasinated, but none of the options let me pick it, the only three are:Tell me more, The NCR won't let me near him (No, the NCR dosen't hate me) and I don't care. Tell me more renders no new options, neither does the second option. Any workarounds?

I don't know if it's a bug or not. I never even got the quest except when doing the NCR story line. While I did Yes Man's, NCR locked me out of their story line (via "Don't Tread on the Bear") the quest before "You'll Know it When You See It" would have normally began. But isn't there supposed to be a way to save him while working for Yes Man? Or just House? House says he wouldn't want Kimball to die; but Yes Man didn't really seem to care one way or the other.

No, it's pretty obvious there was an option to save him, it would make sense so if Kimball died people would blame it on me, the new leader, instead of him.

What IS your reputation with the NCR? I think if it's anything less than accepted, you can't assassinate Kimball, which makes sense really. Why would they let someone not accepted as an ally near their president? I was neutral when I got this quest, and couldn't do it.
