...you pass some brightly coloured flowers in someone's front yard and almost start to pick them for use in alchemy.

...you go to play another xbox game and keep pressing Y to jump, X to put away your weapon, LB to sprint, RB to shout, etc.

Sadly, both of those have happened to me. Multiple times.
