Do you think Bethesda...

...actually reads these suggestions/complaints/gripes? If so, do you think they'll do anything about it in future patches/updates/dlc's?

I think they may read some just for poking fun at us. Well, except the major, big, devs who are actually gamers themselves. But for the most part. No. They making bank and thats why they really do what they do.

If you play skyrim on ps3 you would wish they do,

check the ps3 subfourms its all about how long you can go into the game before it keeps freezing and you can't play anymore.

but they obviously know the problem they should just check to prove that its not just a few people here and there

For better or for worse, I believe the answer is no. They're actually some of the least responsive devs I've ever seen.

Pretty sure they said a while ago they were working on it, but it was a MAJOR problem. It's a problem with the PS3 and how it handles memory. If your save file gets big enough, you get laggier and laggier, because of the PS3's hardware. It's not a simple 'change a wall of code', it's more a matter of 'rewrite every single wall of code that affects memory in any way'.

Share there games? lol you bought it, but in essense your saying that its a privilage to have Bought the game and peeps have no right to gripe? in all honesty I'm asking.
Yes they do read some of the stuff there, personally I think thats kind of self evident being their own forum and all...I mean they didn't put it up for shizzles and giggles no?

yes they do read, and in essense Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim are all results of that reading.

I sort of wish Devs would frequently come onto the boards and just ask the community, "Hey, we think this is cool and wanna hear what you think" about features and gameplay elements. Basically directly asking for feedback on how to improve what they have while they work on it. Might be a bit much to ask, considering how excessively hostile people are towards another person's ideas on the internet.

From what I have seen they pay attention to the mods made much more than anything we say here. Like plants disappearing when harvested, the new archery system, and a few other things.

Give me a break.

Even if a company does just wanna make money, most would kill to have a feedback recourse like this. They DO pay attention and they would be stupid not too.

I think you're taking your "relationship" with a videogame company a little to personally bro. You sound like their ex-girlfriend or something.

I think they do, maybe not all of the stuff but I really do believe issues that a lot of us are having that are posted on this forum are brought to their attention.

I remember an interview a long time ago from a creator for Oblivion, I forget who it was or who did the recording but he commented on some user made mods, one in particualr, the famous BT mod. In short he said that 'they should of thought of that.' We Oblivion vets all remember how horrible Oblivion UI was and BT changed that by making the items smaller, map larger and even had a bar for power charges on weapons which we all see now in Skyrim.

The real question is, for me at least, will they actually act on some of the amazing ideas / creations the fan base makes and implement them for Skyrim? Or will they wait for TES:VI.

I agree, he did seem to take it a tad too far. But paying attention to a lot of this is kind of futile. You see people on here complaining about things for the exact opposite reasons, and a lot of the things said are baseless or just plain wrong. Their best resource is the CK, because what people download the most is what people like. And with the Steam downloader thing they can track that a lot easier.

I think they focus more on the mods section; they use that to see if they could add better features in the next game or something. I don't think they'd pay much attention to the general discussion, what with all the nonsense threads about. Of course not all are nonsense. But anyway this forum moves so fast; don't think they'd capture much if they came here anyway
