Just a tip. Destroying the turrets inside Vault 11 will automatically FAIL the Mr House mission thread - collecting the platinum chip etc. This is a bug... it seems the turrets are tagged as Lucky 38 faction or something?
If you've already done Vault 11, you might want to check your quest log - you'll find those missions greyed out now as if completed/failed.
