Your anti-virus

I'm curios what people use for anti-virus software’s. So what do you us?

I like AVG they have kept me safe and my computers running fast all the time. Then I had to renew at it was 60$ just for one year of protection one computer (2011) Norton (360) had one for three computers and for 45$ so I went with that one since I could protect my laptop too. It used to allways be on a free software (Avast). I still like AVG my computer seems to be different now with nortan, might just be me.

What are you using?

I had used a few over the years. AVG, AntiVir, you name it. I wanted a AV that doesn't use alot of resources (And a simple one at that) so I got Microsoft Security Essentials. Works great for me!

Happy with AVG. If it was $60 you probably had the entire "AVG Internet Security" package. I use the paid rather than free but just the basic antivirus and I pay I think $20 a year... I use the free edition on other machines here so I'm happy to pay something to keep them going. Norton is too slow and bloaty for me.

Common sense, caution and an occasional online virus scan (Trend Micro Housecall). Haven't had a trojan or virus in at least six years.
