Mine was that we could sabotage the economy in towns and fewer but massive towns.

Decided to stop trusting Todd on E3.

The biggest deception was that I thought the amulet of Mara would work on everyone.

I also thought I would get to keep the dragon like a horse.

No deception at all, they never said nor hinted that you would be able to ride a dragon.

You said that it did not happen, and then you confirmed that it does indeed happen after I point out the error. Thank you for verifying my standpoint.

And, aside from that, there was no claim that you could ride dragons around like horses or anything like that. Hardly a deception

The perks. There's nothing wrong with the actual perk system, it's just that many of the perks are very uninspired, not so rewarding. I was expecting much more.

The guilds. Short and boring quest lines, no thrills as guildmaster.

Affecting the economy. Lies!

All of the effects of attributes still being there. Lies!

Magic having the "magic" put into it. Lies!

These are my top 3.

Dragons are highly intelligent and powerful creatures. For them to be devalued to the point where they're not better than a horse would absolutely kill the game for me. I don't know if its this "EPIC" mindset people have where everything needs to have dragons, super sayans, and giant wars, or if it's just human nature to want to ride everything but it has become somewhat annoying. Not to mention the Dragons rights activists that would surely spawn.

no, your right but it was just a personal hope.

if you ride a horse you direct him.
it's a sort of gameplay that they didn't want to developt.
they do as they want.
But I think , as an dragon fan, that it should be funny.

Right now I can't think of much, but the stats could have been displayed better. Maybe there's a more creative way to display it. But I figgure that would take up too much space on the menu screen.

"Dragons are highly intelligent and powerful creatures" in the mind yes in the fact no, they are weak, a giant or a NPC group can defeat a dragon!!!

so did Skyrim need an Dragonborn? I'm not sure!

but in fact you are!
the Dragonborn a sort of powerfull warrior.a sort of dragonslayer
so it's not devaluate the dragon if you contol his mind with your power an it do an unique skill to the dragonborn

That's OK, and I agree that it would be fun. But I disagree that it was hinted at or claimed you could ride dragons, just the same

Mainly the Guild Quests. They were just too short, and just didn't sate my appetite like Morrowind or Oblivion did.
Still. Many other things I prefer about this game than the previous TES games.
