Put Anska and Illia together with me in a dungeon. Illia hit her by friendly fire, Anska answered and they fight against each other and destroyed my too. Never ever take two girls in the same dungeon. :biggrin:

I once saw a blood dragon get killed by two mudcrabs. I'm not joking either, I wish I got a screenshot in, but I absorbed his soul before I realized what happened.

Used flames on an oil slick while hidden in a corner to dispatch 4 bandits on the opposite side of the room. Did not realize the oil slick lead back to my corner and also fried my character.

My redguard spent an awesome couple of hours carefully and skillfully dispatching and cleansing enemies in a dungeon with eola. Everything was dispatched with precision and collective skill. We both exited the dungeon gloating, and walked carelessly and un-suspectedly into 3 Thalmor Justicars who killed us on sight. Never got off a single shot in retaliation.

I did nearly defeat Alduin on the throat of world, then I fell off and when I came back his health was full!

So here i was, cleaning a forsown camp with my lvl 70 Warrior character already a little bit cocky because nobody not men nor mer or beasts or undead could stand a chance against him "The Dragonborn"
so i thought... till that Briarheart came running to me with 2 swords in his hands.. bummer, 30 seconds later i was dead. Guess i wasn't so tough :blush:

I ran into a cart and it killed a villager, it bounced back and 1 shotted me.

I turned off the game and watched a movie instead...i cried myself to sleep that night.

I went into redbelly mine and walked straight off the edge and died. I'm level 31 and I have been in there a million times too.

Turning Ethereal shout wearing off about 20 feet before landing at base of Throat of the World. I hadn't saved for a long while.

That is the biggest fail you can manage in TES, not quicksaving as you go and making New saves when completing sections of quests.

Another bad one, this was falling too, trying to push this annoying dark elf over the wall so he would fall down into lower markarth, I missed and ran straight off the edge to my death.

LOL that is fantastic ^^ yes it would have been great to have seen a screenshot. Hehe you will be better prepared next time.

It was like me when I saw a giant trying to ride a dragon. It took off and the giant fell to his death. I also did not get a screenshot of it.

One more, I had 4 lockpicks, with level 43 lockpicking, and a novice lock. I didnt save because I was feeling cocky, SOMEHOW I managed to break all four lockpicks...

Not paying attention. I was at a vendor, I believe Belethor, selling my loot from a dungeon. As I'm selling it, I'm saying to myself, I don't remember picking that one up. As I usually don't pay too much attention as I'm looting, I figured I just didn't notice. After a minute, he won't take any more items, I thought I used all his gold. I then realized I never went below the divider line. I basically bought everything I could till I went broke. Luckily, it was early enough after a save, I just re-loaded. D'oh!

Fast travel to College of Winterhold whilst on horseback. Appeared on the narrow bridge and went to dismount, missed the bridge and ended up in a crumpled heap. Horse also ended up in crumpled heap next to me. Only saving grace was that autosave had kicked in when I materialised on the bridge....
