Why banish Daedra? You hardly come across them unless you are facing conjurers. I just have an extra iron dagger (lightest 1H weapon available) with that effect. I prefer absorb health and frost damage. The names vary, but one I particularly like is "Infernal Claymore of Decapitation" for my daedric claymore with fire damage.

Because on that playthrough, I made it my mission to search out and kill all daedra....and that enchantment was useful in that endeavor.

In that case it makes complete sense. Even if you didn't use it as much as you would have liked, it serves a cool role playing purpose. I think "banish" is one of the coolest sounding effects, next to Silent Moons, Briarheart Geis, and Fiery Soul Trap

stormbearer, sounds really pimp for a skyforge steel long sword with 8 points of shock damage, i made a better version out of ebony and black soul gem, called it stormbearer (corrupted), and yes i know how cheesy that sounds, but i was into this daedric armor fad for a couple of ingame hours

I almost picked Fiery Soul Trap....but then I remembered I had only one soul gem at the time....and no one had any.

Bravo...it reminds of the time when I was a spellsword working for the legion...learned all the words to the stormcall shout....dressed up in enchanted daedric armor...and brought a indescriminate lightining storm upon every battle with the stormcloaks.... So I have a question... should I burn them.....or obliterate them?

whatever you have to do to make the fight as one sided as possible, and dont kill them fast, remember they want to go to soverngarde and will throw themselves at it without thought, so make their transition long, painfull, and full of terror :D

Well tortures no fun......It spoils the mind....A godly uncaring lightning storm does the trick.

A daedric sword, Named Pyrock (fire enchantment) I also have another daedric sword named blizrock (with you guessed it frost enchantment). If anyone has been to universal Studios FL knows those were the name of the 2 dragons at Dueling Dragons.

Roljmir; a fine steel sword forged in the white-hot flames of Riverwood, imbued with the power of mighty flame.

After being savaged and nearly killed by the mighty troll Hajmir, this mighty blade was forged to smite the foul beast. Thus, Hajmir was smote and turned to ash, and Osberk Gro Algorn is known to all as the slayer of trolls.
