How would you make your Fallout Online character? I understand this is a Fallout discussion, but I felt it was better to put in off topic since it's not really discussing anything. It's more of a for fun post.

Tagged Perks:
Science
Sneak
Speech

Primary Weapon: Probably a Gauss Rifle if I could even equip it, otherwise I'd use a Caravan Shotgun / Combat Shotgun, with a 10mm Machine Pistol Sidearm.
Primary Outfit: Reinforced Leather Armor all the way

I would go about my day finding rare weapons, completing quests to raise my reputation, and exploring. If there's a PvP mode like some war mode, I'd be on the top of the leaderboards.

Unless it is FOnline that uses Fallout 2 then it is ok, but he has a caravan shotgun so I don't know what that means.
