This one finds the hold and home of the Tall and Hairy One with the Vivid Fondness for Blue most... alluring. It is cold, yes, but it gives hope, even when hope is lost. The tormented structures, the cold sands, the water near by... Khajiit finds both cold and warmth, for perhaps it is calm for the macabre.

The Rift. Although the wide-open steppes of Whiterun come close.

Whiterun hold. Good memories about that area.

West gash region.

The Reach. As someone has already said, it had a lovely scottish vibe (and I'm scottish )

Whiterun, without a doubt. It reminds me of home. And i understand the landscape of that hold the best

Whiterun, It's easy to navigate and use. It has the worse house to purchase. Solitude would be my second favorite, it's beautiful, easy to navigate, and plenty of shops.

Solitude is in Haafingar.


Personally I like a few of the holds.

the rift because of the Thieves Guild and also because when i didn't have a house i usually sleep in the bunk room in Riften.

So... the reach? It reminded me of the West Gash somewhat and I would say it is my favourite hold, though I quite like all of them.
