Your favorite place in Skyrim.

So, in your opinion what is the best, nicest or most interesting place in all over Skyrim? For me it is either Shimmermist cave or Frostflow lighthouse (I could not believe that it wasn't quest related, yes it is a miscellaneous objective but it isn't actually a quest which surprised me as there is a great amount of detail in it.)
Oh and obviously Blackreach is incredible but don't all say Blackreach.

Solitude and the point of writing in green so people can't read is what exactly?

I like the forests of Falkreath and Riverwood. Plus, I LOVE the Reach.

Skyrim's about the world to explore, not the quests.

My bad with the writing I have no idea what happened but I changed it, thanks for pointing that out.

I just love Blackreach. It feels like it's own new world with 17 areas in it and the random monsters from spiders to trolls to falmer and it's 1 dragon. I would buy Sinderion's Field Lab as a house if I could.

Or can someone translate? :P

EDIT: You did, thanks.

The volcanic tundra.
The rift.
Yeah exterior spaces count!!
Also blackreach, and the place you go to at the end of the MQ.
(I'm on my iPhone so I can't use the spoiler thingy to hide the name of that location)

east of solitude, just when the swamps start, that little border between the swamp and sea of ghosts, where i can see the beauty of the ocean and the desolence swamp looks eerily nice

or the ice islands north east of solitude, they feel hauntingly serene without so much as a slaughterfish to fight

The Azura shrine, at night, on a clear sky with the 2 moons shining above? it's beautiful.

I wish this game had a screen capture mode on consoles.

Eastmarch and The Rift are my favourite places. Eastmarch is beautiful with its hot springs, and The Rift is really colourful, with its red and yellow leafs. Both places are a joy to travel through.

Anywhere it's snowing so hard I can't see 10 feet in front of me. Brings out a whole new level of immersion.

The College of Winterhold, Shor's Stone, and even Riften. I live in a rural area south of Detroit, so Shor's Stone kinda reminds me of home. And Riften is a spitting image of Detroit, just with daggers in place of Glock 17's. :gun:

And the College is just awesome, despite the fact that I'm a 2h assassin build, with absolutely no use for magic. :mage:

As a console player I also would really love to have a screen capture feature. On the other hand I can't complain with what I do have with Skyrim.
