Your Preferred Weapon(s)

Post » Sun Jun 10, 2012 2:11 pm

Just out of curiosity as to what weapon(s) people prefer. Mine are:

1: Deadric sword of fear (Dread Blade)

2: Deadric greatsword of burning (Dragon Tongue)

Dual Ebony war axes called Fiery Wind and Icey Wind, which you can possibly imagine why they are called that. Plus I think I may be the only person here who actually loves war axes. :(

Wouldn't the reduce speed effect of frost cancle out the lingering burn effect of fire, rendering both less effective than just using one? I rarely use magic, so I wouldn't know, but that makes sense.

Dual ebony daggers, 1 with paralysis + frost damage, the other with soul trap + shock damage, called Winter's Woe and Soulstorm. For my rogue/assassin, of course! :toughninja:

Depends on the character, and I use a variety of weapons based on my level. I prefer the look of Steel and Light Armor weapons over Heavy Armor weapons (yes, I don't like the look of Daedric weapons that much).

I agree with you, the more advanced armours just look too over the top to take seriously, I mean, wearing Dragonbone armour just looks plain out of place in a rugged scandanavian inspired province.

My favorite are the Daedric daggers, sword and greatsword. There is really a lack of insane looking weapons. That will change when I get my rig.

I'm not sure it may and I have heard it does do that but I don't mind I'm basically god but not on purpose, I'm gonna try mods (the good ones when they start coming out) to test how strong my character really is.

Main Level 81 character: Dual Daedric Axes enchanted with fire damage.
Accidentally deleted character: Dual Sword and bows. M'rashal's Skyrim Sword, M'rashal's Elsweyr Sword, and M'rashal's Bow.
Level 25 character: Ebony Sword and Shield.

I often go for skyforge swords. Either one handed or two handed. They look good and are still effective. Especially when upgraded.

There are already a lot of good graphics enhancing mods out there, if your rig can handle it, I would recomend taking a look at those to saite that appitite

you can still enchant and improve it, and carry an enchanted and improved mace (thats not iron) to go along with it
