Your Werewolf Race

Post » Fri Jun 22, 2012 12:13 pm

Just asking pretty much what the title says. What race do you play as when making a Werewolf character? I haven't made one that has made it past LVL20. First was Bosmer the other was Imperial I think. I felt the Bosmer was better for RPing. Is there a best race to make one out of or is it just pretty much preference.

werewolf is totally unconnected to the race you play and stats will not change for it
though if you want to keep in lore, probably the best races fore werewolf are nord and orc

Nord and Orc really. For some reason I never really thought they felt good to pick for RPing a Werewolf. I just feel like they are better as soldiers that fight in groups and Werewolfs are more of lone beast that hunt on their own.

All of my characters are werewolf's. Handy when you are playing without FT. Khajiit, argoninan and breton.

Im going to make a self sufficient bosmer werewolf, staying lower level ( 8 ) to avoid the enemies become claw sponges. I seriously look forward to this build it will be a sneak archer who uses nothing but a bow at longer ranges and werewolf form to destroy everything when I get in close. Im not going to use any smithing enchanting or alchemy or use any stores - I want finding enchanted loot to be something I look forward to instead of just enchanting the greatest things ever seen.

This is the only way I can think of to stop level scaling dampening my experience. Werewolves not requiring level up perk points is amazing as I wont feel forced into using other close combat weapons and abusing smithing to make them do enough damage to the rapidly scaling enemy HP.

The greatest thing about this playthrough will be that I wont ever have to visit belethors store and listen to his infuriating sales pitch ... well maybe just once to consume his heart :)

I remember after the midnight party it was 3 in the morning, and I saw one of my pals transform into a werewolf right before my eyes. That was one of those jaw dropping moments because I had no idea there would BR werewolfs. Anyway, I think khajiit werewolf gets better damage

My Bosmer is my only Wolf. He thought, if he can already command them, why not become one,
