Requirements:

This mod contains a small estate in the Zion Park area as a player home, with rich and colorful grounds and a grand overlook of the entire area.
The buildings are all designed in the style of the Sierra Madre Villa. The home itself isn't filled with an abundance of resources, aka, weapon rack,
item sorters, light switches and other things of the nature (not that those won't be added in a later update). Instead the focus is on the eye
candy, making the player want to be there just for the beauty of it. That was my goal at any rate, one I hope others will enjoy

And yes, BOTH DLCs are required. Honest Hearts obviously as you can't have a home in Zion without it ; P and Dead Money is used for the resources and the
future quest being worked out.

Using the MOD in Game
======================

In order to get to the place, you're going to have to go through a short set of caverns first. After which upon reaching your destination you'll have map markers
for quick travel.

The cavern entrance is just south of "Zion Valley Welcome Booth", just follow the road south from there. The caves are called the "Forbidden Caves" and has a bunch
of red hand print graffiti around the entrance.

This is the first mod I've released since Morrowind : P So even though I've done my best to clean and fix any mistakes, there is always a chance they're there. So if you
come across any, do post about it so I can fix it. The mod is for the community and I want it to be the best I can.

I'm still considering this a WIP, as it's fully functional, but still lacks a few thing I want to include, mainly the quest for it. Why release you may ask?
Time. Real life takes priority, and I'd hate to not share this because I'm too busy to finish it. And anyway, this way I can get feedback for future updates.
And the more feedback and support I get for this mod, the more willing I will be to continue it beyond the final result.
