Honestly, I had to go back to the article to make sure GI was not pulling our legs. Sadly, that is not the case...

I might put Halo Reach #1 and add some Final Fantasy but otherwise the list is pretty solid in my opinion.

Didn't like those endings much. Especially for Bioshock if by ending you include the boss fight. Because that boss fight was a terrible way to end an awesome game.

there is only one ending with a choice. You go into the chamber or Sarah Lyon's does. Broken Steel doesn't count.

Terrible ending.

I thought Mass Effect 1 had a great ending. I also find it deeply satisfying to watch the end clip show after finishing New Vegas.

I liked Ace Combat zero's ending. Halo CE's was good.
But the best has to be MGS 3's.

I had in mind the "cause and effect" thing when you do certain quests.

They affect the video segments after the ending, but they were very limited compared to the originals and New Vegas. They don't affect the ending in Project Purity.

Certainly not up there with the top endings. It was all right. Although compared to the rest it's not so bad.

As for Portal, the story aspect of it wasn't its highlight.

I don't think the story is what its strong ending was - Still Alive was an amazing, hilarious, completely unexpected finish to one of the funniest games I've ever played.
