Adoption (Spoiler Alert)

I thought it wasn't possible for children to be naked (or even loincloth-clad) in Skyrim. They're supposed to be non-killable and non-pickpocketable. Matter of fact, I thought it was impossible to change their clothes period, since you can'r reverse-pickpocket them, or share items with them. And only one that you can buy stuff from (Babette, technically not a child).
Yeah I mean with there underwear on. But, yes it has happened for whatever reason. I have no idea how Hearthfire has caused it, but it is.

Did you try giving them new clothes? The general goods stores and clothing shop in solitude has them in the miscellaneous section.

I really wanted to adopt Aventus Aretino and Babette as my two children, but no such luck.
Babette is not a child.

Too bad every kid in my game is glitched naked. Hearthfire is as buggy as hell. I don't wan't to have clothless kids in my house.
I see I'm not the only one with that problem. I gave the girl from the Riften Orphanage some new clothes and she became naked. I think it was because I gave her the same colored dress she was already wearing.

You need a bed and chest for the kid.

Theres kids in the cities you can adopt too. Windhelm has a flower girl in the back by the gate close to the grey quarter. Nord.

Are you sure that one is not a Daedra in disguise, the basket weight about 500 lbs if you purchase the whole thing...
