Amazon.com is out of DLCs!

You can also get it from http://store.steampowered.com/app/900883/, although since they don't sell a DLC-only pack it's $35.

If they're not selling them anymore, Beth should ask some community member to apply http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9969 directly to the original mod, bundle them up, and offer them for free on their site just like the official Morrowind mods are free.

As several people pointed out, they still sell them. No longer over their own website (with it's highly problematic installers), but still.

Don't think Direct2Drive or Steam would be oto happy if they allowed that !! Seeing it would mean their package prices would be affected (especially seeing that the OBdownloads site Conveniently stopped working when the STEAM version was released.)

Beth is supposed to be getting their DLC website back up and running. Gstaff has a topic about it in another forum. Perhaps they stopped making the retail disc in anticipation of having the website running again.

Considering your sig and general attitude, one wonders why you even bother.

Why? Because Oblivion is still a great game despite that (aka with mods). Trust me if this was another game I would have given up long ago, which I have done with many games that developers just wouldn't deliver on. I think It's important that people know the truth, don't you? Maybe when Beth sees that their customers want quality over quantity they will put more effort in to it for the future.

Frankly I dont see anything THAT wrong with oblivion or morrowind. Ever try the UOP or the MCP? Bugs will be in games no matter what. Thank God for Modders!

You have some awfully unrealistic expectations. I think you would enjoy gaming much better if you dropped this belief you have that game developers owe you something. I dont care how much I pay for a game. If I buy something broken its my own fault. No one held a gun to my head. Sure I may be a little pissed but I dont hang onto it. Life is way too short to spend so much energy on some futile quest to get game developers to see things MY way. Just relax! Its OK!

This is all getting rather off-topic, don't you think? Fallout 3 came out a year ago and they've already said they've moved on from that; Oblivion is the previous game to that and Morrowind the previous game to that - i.e. "three games ago". If Bethesda decide not to support some aspects of it, that's like Microsoft phasing out support for Windows 95. However, DLCs are still available and selling well on xbox Live, Direct 2 Drive and Steam, and PSN has Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles. It looks like the game and its optional additional content will be widely available for a long time. You have been provided with links to retail versions should you prefer to own the disk.

With that question answered, I'm locking this.
