Relax.

They usually ship the day before.

They send them all out to the nearest distribution warehouse so that it only takes a day or less to get delivered to you.

The only thing you have to worry about is if UPS decides to deliver it 9pm.

Amazon has stuff staged in warehouses all over the country and overnights everything to you when you use release date shipping, so just relax for now. You should see something tomorrow but don't panic if it comes later in the day. Sometimes UPS is slow to update their tracking info so there have been times when I've had a package show up before I even received notification that it was shipped.

Release day delivery has never let me down in 2 years. I just got BF3 on release day delivery and it didn't ship until Monday, got here Tuesday...release day. So if Skyrim doesn't show as shipped tomorrow before 5ish...then I will cancel and order from Steam haha. But I would be very surprised if it did not get there on Friday for everyone.

My preorder on amazon says I shouldnt expect it until at least the 17th for 3-5 day standard shipping. That means that it wouldnt be shipped out until the 14th. No big deal, I'm a patient guy, but it seems wierd. Live in Nevada if that means anything.

Oh man, you didn't select the Release Date Delivery option, and it's only 99 cents! Guaranteed delivery on the 11th, I bet you can still change it.

Me too - No change in status on Amazon and we have a processing center wthin 10 miles here. I certainly hope the "release day" receipt promise isn't broken. I've been working extra hours Mon-Weds to counter balance leaving early on Friday just to load, configure and play. It would be absolutely cool if they shipped tomorrow and I received it afternoon/evening on Thursday!

Honestly, I've not anticipated anything to do with a video game since I finally found the easter egg in Atari Adventure that allowed me to see the developers names! Man has the appearance of dragons in video games changed! Give me a holla if you remember what I'm taking about!

My Collectors Edition has estimated shipping date of the 14th. Not too pleased, but that's the price I pay for demanding the CE and having to buy it from the other side of the pacific (USA to here, down under). Well, that and the exorbitant price tag - I could've bought two copies and spent less.

Estimated arrival is 16th at the earliest, but that seems quite optimistic for an intercontinental shipment.

I just hope I'll be playing by this time next week.. Though just knowing its finally actually out will be a huge relief.

Dispatched at 10:37 this morning according to Amazon UK. Hope it fares better than the kindle which I bought as an early xmass present for my mum and which I found wedged/jammed into my mailbox this morning, postman didn't even bother to ring the bell. No excuses as the package clearly marked kindle in big letters all over so obviously fragile. Same thing happened with a pair of glasses last week.
