From what we know at this time. Mr Sawyer states in the second Dev Diary that it doesnt require ammo, but it takes time to recharge. So you can't just fire with an infinite clip, you have to strategically use each shot.

Thanks, but I meant working that rifle into this guys challenge. I guess Playing a pacifist run with a maxed Unarmed skill is the challenge. Something i was gonna do anyway when i tried a pacifist run.

With all price-tags having a 9 on the end IRL?

Its also because back in the day all the sales were recorded when the cash register opened (i guess it is now too?)
If it was 8 bucks, the cashier could not record the purchase and pocket the money
With the 7.99, they have to open the register to give them their penny, thus recording the purchase so they can't steal.

Well, im not neseccairley a pacifist, i remember offing a few people after i returned back to vault 101 after you say I have to go and they say "Yes, you do". But im deffinetly not the 10 year old Gears of War Xbox 360 f a n b o y that goes around killing everybody in site just because he thinks fallout is meant to be a shooter and not an RPG. But....for the first time through, im just going to play like I usually do, asking myslef "What would I do in this situation" I usually name my first character after me and make him look like me anyways

People have been talking about peaceful ways to beat FNV saying they will do a pacifist run but thats not much fun is it? nor is it challenging i think

Pacifist routes are always the most challenging in a game that offers them. It is easy to kill someone. Talking your way through a dialog tree or finding the non violent path is always more of challenge than just shooting someone.

However, any self imposed rules that make the game play easier, or harder, it always fun to do, not matter what path you take. Just remember, there your rules and you need to follow them. :D

It would be Magazine's so if you empty a weapons mag then that counts a reload. Im still working out the rule's but do you guys think a 5 person kill limit would make sense? 5 people would have to die directly because of your actions blowing up towns or cities would not count.

There not always the hardest dumping alot of points into speech and then just chosing non-violent options isn't difficult if your playthrough is based around charisma. Now finding a build that allows you to defend yourself from challanges while allowing you to avoid the bulk of them i think its a fine line to walk personally :D

But if someone completes without killing anyone, they fail your challenge?
