Oh sorry.

That is up to the game, finishing moves have a "%" of chance to happen. Sometimes it shows the animation, other times not. I'm waiting for a mod to fix this ^^

How do you guys actually use the dagger sneak attack out of stealth? I am at 50 Sneak and 2/5 Stealth Detection perk .if I try to get close enough to an enemy to take advantage of the x6 Attack with Daggers, they always see me and I can't attack out of stealth.

I had my sneak higher before it was effective. I did Thieves guild to get it up there a bit more.
