Bethesda announces PS3 and PC DLC coming soon!

Post » Thu Nov 08, 2012 4:17 pm

No the mod dude basically said that the content will be different. Plus he was incredibly vague about the dlc purposely not saying it was previous unrealeased dlc.

Let me break it down for you...

It'll be content that's not already on those platforms.

Those = PS3 + PC
Not already = Dragonborn for PC, and all DLC for PS3.

Not that hard to understand, even if your first language isn't English.

I think you meant Dragonborn for DLC?

That was rude, even if your first language isn't English... And besides we are all speculating at this point.

I'll believe when he says it. Until then purely speculation on your part.

I just filtered his posts made in the past week and none such words were said.

All right. So Bethesda does care. We were all wrong.

The color is returning to my faith in them.

It sometimes takes some time for recent messages to show up on that. Page 3 of the first thread.

I'm going to laugh when PS3 gets just Hearthfire.

I kind of feel this exact same way.
I won't exactly laugh at others misfortunes though.

I remember just a few weeks ago, when all the PS3 users were telling 360 users that they were getting the DLC ( Dragonborn ) first, and to get over themselves.
Then the tirade occurred when it was found out their "Speculation" was indeed wrong.

So at this point, I don't know why people keep choosing to fool themselves. It's just going to lead to more disappointment/frustration when, like you said, they possibly just get Hearthfire.

Off of a moderately flawed quality product.

At this point it looks like a Christmas/December all at once release.

What in the world are you talking about? PC users are probably getting Dragonborn, and PS3 users are finally getting some DLC after all this wait.

Probably getting? We are getting Dragonborn. I have no doubt in my mind that we won't get it. It's just a matter of when.

Your indeed right, though you can't but help feel a glimmer of hope now that they're finally coming back to the plate.

Gstaff said we're getting unique DLC. And as far as I'm aware of Xbox all ready has HF. So there's no way were getting stuck with just Hearth Fire if Gstaff was true to his words.

I am happy that they are on it and showing some initiative.

For the most part, I wouldn't feel too left out when it comes to HF. HF is extremely buggy, and honestly was not worth buying to me (Just my opinion).
But I hope PS3 users finally get what they deserve in some form of DLC. With that being said though, DLC is a very broad term imo, it could mean ANYTHING. They could slap you all with horse armor. :) Lol

Oh, it make the game slower or something to that degree?

Well, when you put it that way....
As long as we don't get a troll DLC I'll be pretty happy with what they hand us.

It isn't slow. I have had to reload saves multiple times, because days (Real Days) of playing go by, and the houses never finish, the benches don't work 75% of the time properly. It's taken about 50 hours to actually get TWO of my THREE homes to finish. It has been about 12 days so far, and my home is still only about 1/4 of the way finished. Things just don't load in instantly. It was just more hassle than I honestly would have put into it if I had known prior how bugged everything was. DG worked flawlessly for me though.

Hmm, I never did see that wow factor with HF more of a novelty item to me and after hearing that review... Though DG is definitely a great work by Beth. Always wanted to learn more about the volikhar. Seems worth the 20 at least for me.

Is "close to" the new "soon?"?
Or where do we put it on the soon-scale? Is it sooner than very soon or later than soon?

I ... I've got nothing.

Soon: A filler word to stave off the pressure.

Close To: Within a month and a half.

That's as close as I can interpret it. Doesn't sound too bad.

We're not getting into the specifics of what content is being released right now, but we are working on bringing content to PS3 and PC. It'll be content that's not already on those platforms.

I'll be pissed if Werebears are for PC or PS3 only!
