Cooked thanksgiving dinner at age o 15...

My brother says he can cook but he is too damned lazy to do so... Which is why it is drinks and foods like cereal and fruits go missing the first 3 days.

I like to make barbeque but not waiting outside... Probably end up buying one of those wood pellet smoker/grill

Yeah, but do you cook or do you just say you cook to impress others? I'd have to see a full copy of every recipe you've mastered before I will consider you a legitimate cook, and not just a poseur.

"You've been cooking since you were 16, and you're now what, 16.5? I have to assume so, as you refer to yourself as a "boy".

Lots of men cook. It's not abnormal."

Mainly talking about these fine gentlemen.

eh, there's always people that just take everything at face value without seeing the sarcasm or joke....

In a way... it's funnier to just keep up with it and see how long they'll go :P

I thought this topic was about cooking skills rather than sartorial ability.

I'm a male chef, I really don't see where you are coming from. There have been male chef throughout history, to the point where females have been/still are pretty ostracized in professional kitchens. Hell, we can thank http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Auguste_Escoffier for giving us modern cooking as we know it.

I don't know about that, but I still say "Bam! Let's take this up a notch!" while cooking.

Fro my experience more men cook than women now. My male friends all cook more than their girlfriends and my dad cooks more often than my mum. There seem to be more male chefs now and as a result more books published by male cooks.

As for myself I like cooking and can do quite a few decent dishes. Stir fry's are pretty easy and I'm pretty cood at casseroles and dumplings. I very much enjoy eating and cooking Mediterranean food as well

What does this have to do with Hoermius's ability to dress well?
