I thought I was one of the lucky ones, or that people complaining were just exaggerating. I kept thinking my lag isn't that bad, and the game only crashed a few times. I had auto-saves turned off as soon as I read it on here and never put them back on. I never had any questline break, and figured I'd have a smooth playthrough.
Then bam, the game decides "OH NO YOU DONT" and deletes my items. And then decides to give me an invisible companion that I never knew I had following me. Just to make sure every aspect was broken. And to top it off, the last time I played, I was around the starting area of the game, looking for the treasure maps, when the game hit me with the worst lag ever. As bad as I've seen online, choppy, freezing, for close to seconds at a time.

I just reached 100 hours, and just don't feel the need to play anymore, its like a switch was pulled from "working game" to "broken". I never past the main questline or the civil war questline, (and who knows what else) but does it really matter? The game just seems to get choppier and I'm assuming something else will break. I've collected a total of like 6 scales and bones again, and just don't feel like restarting a new game or even trying to recollect things, my motivation to play got deleted with my items.
I checked online just to see the rest of the Thieves guild questline, and where it leads. There are certain really cool items I can never get now, unless I restart.
The worst part is I convinced a friend to buy the game for the PS3....
