Bug: Missing texture for river

Well, since this isn't near 11 pages yet I will post this bug hopefully the link works since the pic was uploaded to my facebook.

I saved the game at this location but can't specifically pinpoint where i was, when I have time I will reload the save and try to figure out where exactly this is. Currently, after getting my ps3 replaced I've been somewhat avoiding Skyrim, still "trying" to wait for 1.4 patch/kind of annoyed at having to wait :/.

Here're a couple more bugs for ya!

1) There are a couple of hunters just north of Valthume (Near a shrine of Dibella). When I sold items to them, neither their gold or mine was altered. Was essentially giving them stuff.
2) I finished the "Find Red Eagle's Sword" mission but had it restarted after I read the book again. Now it sits in my quest log, begging for attention that it will not receive.

I hope this helps the Bethesda guys. Is there a specific way that someone should report a bug? I just presumed I'd put them on the forums.

No thanks i'll keep it blurry rather than waste $200 bucks on a new tv then another $37 on a hdmi cable for the ps3. I'd could buy a couple more games with the money

oh trust me.. investing in a new TV will be anything but a waste.. lol
