I read in the guide I think and a review that theres no grey area.

You lose karma for killing NCR, and gain it for killing legion.

This isn't generally true. Normal rank and file members of the NCR/CL don't give good or bad karma when you kill them. Certain individuals who are particularly good/bad will, though.

So can you get good carma by killing particular NCR representatives and is there very high amount of "bad karma" kills in NCR and likewise very high amount of "good karma" kills in CL?
