Spoiler
But then one has to wonder how he magically pops into a securitron and get that giant hulky body past everyone in The Tops unnoticed, takes the elevator to the 13th floor and sneak into bennys room past the two Chairman.

Spoiler
If you go out the other door in Yes Man's room and down the hallway you'll find a door that you cannot open that the map says leads to Vault 21. Yes Man probably gets in and out using the parts of Vault 21 House blocked off from the part he let Sarah live in.

It should have been House who was unkillable :sadvaultboy:

Yes, but finding a 261 year old black white man that runs New Vegas and an entire army of securitrons and wouldn't be able to kill him wouldn't be very fun.

Technically, Vendortron isn't killable without cheating in some form, thus making him sort of unkillable.

Spoiler
Why must it be unnoticed? people don't *(&*&)*@$ with Houses Securitrons and I recall he waits outside the Tops once you've dealt with Benny.

Surely house would have noticed a massive backup going through his network constantly?

It depends wether you count punching him through the glass as cheating.

Only if I could still unseal his chamber and thus seal his fate. I like it better that way anyway..."Kill you? Oh hell no...you can watch as I take over...muahahaha!"

My Hunting Shotgun proved Mr.House's vulnerability. To be honest though, killing him wasn't that fun. There was no real challenge in getting to him. Where were the turrets, the army of robots and a fallout 1 style overseer chair. Anyway back on topic, I really wanted to put abullet in Mr.New Vegas as well. :sadvaultboy:
