Too much open space, it makes it feel very empty. And not a lot of decoration to make it feel warm and homey. I'm glad to have some redoran style back, but...Brrrrr!
If it was just a little tighter in, it'd be perfect.

I've heard Redoran houses are ribbed for her pleasure.

Maybe after Maarak is defeated and a respected Skaal Friend they could give you a plot of land to build your own house on and bring the wife and kids...

That would require DLC interaction which they are trying to avoid.
