they grew quite a bit from a 12 inch reptile diden't they :shifty:
according to the fallout bible they were taken from a pic in a dungeons and dragons book, the main difference being that they had fur in D&D.

HH had a giant caterpillar mound.....Was I the only one who kinda thought there'd be...oh say....a giant caterpillar?
This would be a great idea, if it was possible to attack/be attacked underwater. Because that can't happen in FO3 or NV, I'm assuming that its cuz of engine limitations. I would hate it if I couldn't swim though. I loved jumping off bridges and what not in FO3, esp when I was getting killed by super mutants in DC ruins. If anything, I want MORE water to swim in.
What I'd REALLY love to see are more severely mutated creatures a la deathclaw. There's so many possibilities. Everything from the obvious dragon like things (mutated kamotos) to making an entirely new inhuman monster. I'd also love to see a different type of feral ghoul, either in DLC or FO4, that is a little stronger (in between the FO3 Reavers and regular ghouls, since the NV reavers seemed weaker) more numerous and take more damage (if the FO4 engine can handle it, maybe even only head shots kill and are one hit). It'd be cool to see an entire area that revolves around these new zombies, with a story and everything, similar to the highly irradiated town in NV except the zombies would be far more numerous and an actual threat.
