It's generally to do with the psu nudging against the case very slightly, but when the case warms up the gap is enough for the vibrations not to hit the case. It can be helped by screwing in the psu very tightly, but it's not worth it, because in the end it's not a problem. You can' really hear it when you're doing something anyway
