That is not a bad idea. Pretty ideal if you want cupcakes or any other sweets on the go and don't want to wait in line.

Honestly this is really stupid. Are those cupcakes going to stay fresh? Is it going to be popular enough that they leave the shelves before getting stale? What's wrong with buying a cupcake like a regular person? It doesn't seem like it would take much longer.

Maybe if it was muffins instead. Never really cared for cupcakes. They're either to sweet or not sweet enough. :/

Would I use it? I wish the walls of my house were made of them.

Cupcake dispensers on the streets? Sounds like a bad idea to me.. Seems kinda unhealthy aswell having access to cupcakes everywhere if they decided to put them up on the streets.

Also, I'm more of a muffin person.

Yeah. but that was about cupcakes and muffins. Cupcakes.....and muffins.......

Anyway, OT: no, but if they had an apple and blackberry turnover ATM, I might 'just happen to be in the neighbourhood'.

I'd rather go to a real bakery or make them myself. Not the best idea to encourage people to eat more cupcakes in our already unhealthy society, though.

Same here. We keep hearing about obesity epidemics and stuff like that, I don't think setting up these machines on the streets are gonna do more good.

It's not about health. It's about business.

What more perfect way to facilitate an impulse buy than with a brightly colored automated vending machine right on the sidewalk.

Until they have to start stuffing their cupcakes with preservatives because they sit in the machine for days at a time in an unsealed cardboard box.

That is a vending machine, not an ATM.

It's sad to think Americans are beginning to be known as a fat country. I'm american and I'm not fat.
