As I stated previouly, don't be annoyed if it isn't up at 10am straight away, give it 30 mins. Also don't be shocked if you have issues downloading it, as the Market place is going to be busy today.

Some people do, however for the UK this has never been the case, DLC always releases on the right day, unless the developer/puslbisher specifically states otherwise.
