Like others have said, sheathe your weapon while she's attacking you, go to a guard and pay off your fine for stealing, or reload another save.

I don't feel sorry for your predicament. When you commit a crime and someone sees you doing it, it's reported.

And now you're here complaining about how you can't kill two NPCs for it, so you could get away with it.

I think when youo grab something that is sitting on a shelf the NPC should give you a chance to just hand it back before they get all bent out of shape. It's really easy, especially in 3rd person view to accidentally 'steal' an item. This is just lazy on BGS part for not providing a chance for a little diplmacy before people aggro out.

Another flaw in Skyrim. Everyone should be killable and you would have to deal with the consquences when you realize you killed someone essential to a quest.

Now the problem's solved. I crossed the brigde and came back and talked to Orgnar, he had forgotten all about it. Then he invited me in to Giant sleep inn and everything's normal again. The problem before was that i didn't come back to their place willingly, the game just put me in front of their door after I died. Thanks!!
