Disappointed in the target highlighting

1. Its supposed to be distracting so you can see what the hell you're aiming at, since you have to actually aim in this game, unlike WoW which you want to try to relate it to.

2. You can turn it off anyway, making your entire complaint moot.

Distracting? Maybe, although glows are supposed to impact your subconscious more so than your conscious perception of the game. I don't personally think its intrusive and, like other games which highlight your target, targetting will after a session of play not even register on my radar.

agreed and you know what we should have friendly fire off cause that way in a war you can star killing people on your side ether by mistake or.......for kicks and giggles.

I would find a small overhead arrow or floating healthplate way less intrusive than the glow. Even brackets around the targeted enemy would be less annoying. The #1 thing I was asking for is the ability to disable it.

I believe there's a way to disable it.

However I couldn't imagine how an arrow wouldn't be intrusive. Not only would it be harder to track but it'd just...be there.

I would like name plates for a number of reasons but I think that'll be relegated to UI modding, unfortunatly.

Let's see, the OP has flamed and trolled in his own thread. Time to close this.
