I'm not having much success in searching for a fix, because I really don't know what to call it. I am not running any lighting mods at all.
EDIT : Well, it seems this may be due to the Ambient Occlusion. I turned it off in my vid card and it helped...some. I understand that there will be some haze or mist to an extent, but it's just too much.
Any suggestions is appreciated.
