No, too lore breaking. Although I wouldn't mind lore friendly holidays like in Daggerfall.

That would be interesting if they patched in a quest just for a holiday. It wouldn't have to be holiday-oriented, just a little gift/celebration of sorts.

Awesome. You guys remembered both of my posts.

Here's to hoping for Orsinium and the Ashpit.

Considering how long it takes to make DLC for this game, why would we need seasonal stuff for Skyrim? Dawnguard is pretty much our Halloween DLC, anyways.

This.

I wouldn't mind seeing a DLC that adds spellcrafting, hand to hand, acrobatics, or any combination of those.

Meh can't really see it happening. Halloween is an Irish and Scottish holiday at foremost
and most of Skyrim is Nordic so. A holiday similar to Halloween just dosen't fit tes in my opinion.

Heh, I don't think he means to have the towns decorated with pumpkins and Skyrim kids trick r' treating, but a scary or "zombie" themed DLC that comes out for Halloween.

I loved the hell out of Red Dead Redemption's Undead Nightmare pack, and I see the kind of idea you're going for here with the Draugr but in all honesty I'm not exactly sure how I would feel about it. As strange as that sounds it's just The Elder Scrolls has a very vast backround and I don't see how it would they would be able to implement such a thing.

However, I guess it could be done just like RDR's in the way where it's basically a whole other game that you're loading. That way it wouldn't effect anything in my usual game saves and I wouldn't have random Draugr popping out of graves and junk like that.

Hearthfire should be priced at $29.99 because you love Bethesda.

Was brainstorming with some of my wolfpack, iTz4thHoRSeMaN and VideoGameMage, over in the dawngaurd section. We came up with some DLC ideas and one was zombies. For halloween it wouldnt have to be really big, maybe just a couple of quests in a small hold like falkwreath where they have this zombie over run problem. Falkwreath would be good too, already got the graveyard there, lots of dead buried there from previous battles. The story wrote itself already. Just something fun and creepy in the spirit of the holidays. They could maybe even branch out with some other holiday stuff for thankgiving and christmas, skyrim style. Plus it would make the calender more meaningful. Maybe on valentines day do some vampire twilight related xpac. Well getting ahead of myself some but im talking just some fun short stuff for like 5-10 bucks.

I believe it's called Dawnguard. Happy early Halloween! LOL Seriously, I would love that, but I doubt we'll see another DLC for like 3 months.

All I know is that Hearthfire is the 9th month in The Elder Scroll's 12 month calendar.

You might remember from school that the 9th month in our 12 month calendar is September. Could this be evidence of a possible release date? You be the judge...

I agree. I already felt like Bethesda had me bent over a barrel when I shelled out $20 for Dawnguard.

Why did the way you worded that make me lol. But to be fair, I basically payed $20 for bugs and glitches. :swear:

If you believe that so much, would you mind shelling out 20 bucks to pay for my Dawnguard copy, you said it was worth the money

I'm not the only one that noticed this right? I know I'm quoting my own post but it got me wondering. With all the intellectual people on here I'm sure I'm not the only one that noticed Hearthfire, the alleged name of the next DLC, is also the 9th month in the Elder Scrolls calendar. And I also quoted it just incase people didn't noticed it since the threads got merged! :goodjob:

For one, I am not a part of any wolf pack. I hunt werewolves.

For two, I would rather like a patch to add a sneak function for the werewolf, and for the PS3 people to get Dawnguard.

I second the PS3 part :banghead:

You would have to pretty stupid not to notice a giant werewolf trying to sneak around

Werewolves in movies hide around and stuff when they're wild. Stalking at a distance in the forest, I could see them hiding in bushes and stuff. Either way the NPC's are pretty stupid. I sat there with a bow and arrow with the vampire sneaking bonus shooting them point blank in the face and they still couldn't find me.

I heard that this new DLC is meant to be released around the holiday season, so it may very well just be that. Although holiday season could very well just mean christmas.

Considering Bethesda have promised to the fans that they will only give good sized expansions and won't try and rob us of our pennies through silly little dlc I'd like...

If they make a dlc involving Falkreath I'd like them to include a build your own shack there as it could do with one as its quite a cool city. That and to also include Orsinium as it isn't far across the border into Hammerfell. As Falkreath is the city on the way to Cyrodiil I'd like to see some Imperial armors return (not legionary armor - as in Imperial guard or Dukes armor, Mithril & Adamantium)

Then if they make a dlc into Morrowind (Blacklight?) or Solstheim then I'd like them to include a Winterhold rebuild dlc that involves owning a castle home there.

If they go back to the island of Solstheim I guess it will involve werewolves like Bloodmoon so will probably connect in with the Companions

Thats it! It will take place in Bruma, and the Dovahkiin will be given the choice to open up a tavern. The Hearthfire Inn.
And yet i like this idea better than all the other stuff i've read lately

When do you guys think we will get Hearthfire? I hope its a Massive expansion.
I say anywhere from November(the day the game was released on.)-Up to now.

Same here. I'm already bored of the area Skyrim takes place at. I would like a completely new area to explore.

For Consoles -_-

1.Able to customize and move your own home
2.Able to own a shop where people request you to make them something (black-smithing/alchemy/Fishing/etc)
3.An arena where you can test your might against various people/cratures
4.New sets of smithable light and heavy armor that still fit in skyrims world (nothing crazy just different steel and leather armors).
5.Fishing!
