I do, and I'm proud.
As long as my writing is eligible and gets to the point I could care less about penmanship. I've never been scolded for it nor have I been bothered about it.

Most of the time I try my best to write neatly which makes me rather slow at writing. Even then though does it still look like a mess.
Are you kidding? My handwriting looks like the scribble of a drunk Chinese chicken with a bad case of Epilepsy.
... with the hiccups.
Me. It gets worse the slower I write. It's easily readable, just REALLY bad quality.
yeah, my penmanship is atrocious..
I had to fill out some employee review reports for my boss at work one day, my boss came over to my desk
"I have no idea who Bert is..."
"what.. ohh, thats Bill!"
"...and Andrew Wilson? Andrews last name is Power..."
"no, thats Amanda Walton"
"... okay, next time just type it up for me and print it out..."
"Ahh, then I can't use my over priced stationary.."
I make doctors go "At least mine isn't that bad."
What would your writing be eligible for? Nominations that it is legible?
Oh yes, terrible handwriting. I've read unsubstantiated rumors that more creative types write faster to keep up with their ideas, hence worse handwriting... That's my excuse at least.
But then again http://themetapicture.com/the-doctors-alphabet/
I am pretty sure mine would be total crap because I haven't hand writen anything other than my name in a very long time.
Mine varies to Excellent to doctor... Not sure why it varies as I've remember reading or hearing somewhere that people tend to have a steady form.
My handwriting is pretty good, unless I'm taking notes during lectures, then it becomes doctor level.
I used to fill out order slips at my last job, when people would ask what it says I would reply "it says I should have been a doctor"
But my signature for artwork is neat
Yes. My mind is a bit crazy today (excuses, excuses).
My handwriting is so bad that sometimes I have trouble reading it. And it always has been, despite numerous attempts to improve it. I used to have to go to a clinic because of it, something to do with my hands.
http://i.imgur.com/ExAXuQL.jpg For fun and reminiscent of the handwriting sample thread of 2008.
I can generally read the lecture notes, but I just make sure to put letters with downstrokes and swoops in the correct places.
My printing is fine. I haven't regularly used cursive since 1971. Please don't ask me to use it. I forget how half the letters are done.
Some days I think it's bad.. then I get another requisition with scribbles I have to decipher.
Chicken scratch is an apt description of my handwriting.

Wasn't trying to be neat, I just needed a quick guide to some keybindings.
I just noticed I can't spell.
I write in Comic Sans.
"This is my lecture handwriting, when I don't have my computer"? That took longer to figure out than I'm comfortable admitting.
